Field Wellsite Supervision

Drilling

· Develop well Programs & provide technical support for operators.

· Analyze DCWO Operational / Performance Data and recommend changes to equipment/procedures to lower costs & achieve objectives.

· Provide field engineering support.

Workover Completion

· Plan logistics for work-over, completion, and well intervention work.

· Ensure compliance with all regulations pertaining to the work.

· Maintain constant awareness of well bore conditions and operations constraints.

Frac Wellsite

· Supervise the day-to-day field operations including the fracturing, wireline, coil tubing and all operations on location.

· Document and report all pertinent crew, equipment, and job-related information.

· Provide direction, training, and on-going leadership to crew team members. Responsible for making safety performance and environmental awareness the primary focus of all on-site personnel.

Stimulation Specialist

· Identifies and develops new fracturing and stimulation technologies.

· Uses numerical modeling.

· Facilitates cross-disciplinary cooperation in developing, testing, validating, and deploying technologies in field applications.
